A continuous or dynamic movement between yoga poses. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and working up a sweat. Vinyasa can also help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness and most important aa present moment awareness. All moves are taken with breath and taught to the breath. To cancel or reschedule please allow 24 hours notice.
